I am getting to work less and less on this project. I can say that I am still having rather consistant results. I am sure that with the HHO booster on I get 20% increase in the city and up to 30% on the highway. Two weeks ago, I was loosing water out of the cell. It was due to a bad glue job on the bottom and was leaking right out. By adding water, I lowered my consentration of electrolite down to where it was barely producing gas, so I turned it off. After filling up my car, I drove approximately 150 miles of mixed highway and city. When I checked my mileage I got 25MPG without the booster. This is spot on with my previous mileage tests. Now with the booster fixed, I am getting my 30 MPG city and 40ish highway.
I have experimented a little with another, cheaper design. I can say that it drew alot higher amps then the current booster in the same concentration of electrolite, but I do not know if it had higher output. I will be playing with it as I find time, I will also be looking into ways of keeping the unit from freezing, as we are heading into winter.
Overall good results. Everyone should have one!
